Acteur créatif du développement durable, plus de collaborateurs, nous achetons partout dans le monde, alimentons des réseaux de magasins (dont points de vente France) et à l'international selon la localisation des produits. Nous recherchons notre : Directeur Supply Chain h/f

Membre du comité de pilotage, vous :
  1. Optimisez le schéma des flux amont fournisseurs, inter-plateformes, aval distribution des magasins et clients externes internationaux.
  2. Managez les responsables des 11 plateformes, de l'affrètement, des projets, méthodes et industrialisation, RH.
  3. Améliorez en permanence la rentabilité des circuits d'approvisionnement jusqu'au point de ventes, des sites de production, la qualité du service au réseau, les coûts (transport, façonnage, fonctionnement).
  4. Pilotez les projets avec les départements support : ouvertures ou extensions de plateformes, externalisation d'activités, internationalisation, investissements, évolutions des systèmes d'information (ERP, WMS).
  5. Motivez, accompagnez, évaluez les équipes ( +/- personnes) en lien avec les RH dédiées à la supply chain + services support.
Profil recherché

De formation ingénieur, ou gestion de projets industriels, vous avez l'expérience d'une direction supply chain dans une entreprise industrielle multisites.

Vous avez des compétences en organisation, informatique, projets, management, gestion. Vous savez déléguer l'opérationnel pour optimiser l'existant, concevoir l'organisation avenir, contribuer au résultat de l'entreprise. L'expérience de flux import/export est souhaitée.

Les équipes de cette direction sont basées sur le Campus (siège) à Laval 53. Disponibilité de semaine principalement sur le siège. Facilités d'hébergement possibles si domicile éloigné.
