We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Langley, BC.


Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance, you will contribute to the success of the Save-On-Foods banner and other Pattison Food Group banners as required.


You will be responsible for:

  • Administratively supporting users with the cloudbased repair and maintenance work order system. (VX Maintain)
  • Ensuring third party contractor WorkSafe and liability compliance is met and reflects company expectations.
  • Supporting third party contractors, retail stores and corporate office enquiries in respects to general repairs and maintenance.
  • Providing administrative support to facility coordinators, third party contractors, retail stores and Langley office team members.
  • Process and code invoicing; tracking information against assets when applicable.
  • Maintaining and updating department specific information including intranet and reporting methods.
  • Supporting internal Finance and Insurance teams in relation to work order management and insurance claim invoices

You have:

  • 12 years of office administration experience would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with general building maintenance considered an asset.
  • Experience working with external contractors and service providers is an asset.
  • Retail store experience is considered an asset.

  • Detailoriented with attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A resilient problem solver who can adapt quickly when faced with change.
