Position purpose:
Responsible for maintaining the University Employer branding and social media/digital marketing presence. Develop and execute recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms as necessary. Manages the University's Career website and other websites, SharePoint and updates content to engage target audience.
Coordinate the University's participation in career events and job fairs and acts as a brand ambassador.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Develop and coordinate the HR and TA social medias platforms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Create, publish and share new HR and recruitment specific content on social medias on a regular basis. Manages content distribution to social media and job boards (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Glassdoor, Facebook, etc.). In consultation with the Communication team, develop proposals for new marketing channels.
Manage recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms as necessary in partnership with the Talent acquisition team. Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for targeted markets. Work with TA Advisors to drive engagement in recruitment marketing activities when managing specific campaigns.
Build and own content for the Talent Acquisition communication activities calendar for branding efforts including developing strategic content/posts.
Partner with internal marketing creative team to create print, digital and video content.
Take a lead role with our Communication team and other strategic partners to create recruitment marketing materials necessary to engage talent and manage outside vendor relations for projects not done in-house.
Work to maintain established KPIs, produce timely reports to quantify efforts, use metric analytics to communicate value and ROI to key business stakeholders in regards of recruitment campaigns.
Assist the TA Team in various functions, including but not limited to, administrative duties and internal recruitment activities.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Three years' experience supporting recruitment activities and talent attraction or in a similar role
Previous experience in or exposure to digital recruitment marketing. Basic design skills. Familiarity with and understanding of various digital marketing concepts and media platforms including social, websites, and job boards and engaging target audience
A high degree of proficiency with social media platforms
Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and experience in following them
Ability to manage a variety of projects
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
