Sunter Homes is a specialist in custom home construction and renovation.

  • Responsibilities_:
  • Drive sales through the growth of existing client base;
  • Strategically generate new business opportunities;
  • Maintain relationships with designers, consultants and developers;
  • Receive sales calls;
  • Customer retention and promotion of referrals;
  • Implement a lead generation strategy and sales target plan;
  • Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success;
  • Work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework;
  • Document sales performance;
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews;
  • Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided;
  • Identify opportunities for increasing profit potential;
  • Identify networking opportunities;
  • Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities;
  • Train new sales team members;
  • Perform all aspects of selling and closing a project;
  • Communicate effectively client expectations with Estimator and Project Management Team;
  • Review and proofread construction presentations with Estimator prior to presenting;
  • Weekly follow up on all leads and presented estimates;
  • Monitor and report client satisfaction throughout the construction process;
  • Periodically visit construction sites to remain familiar with progress;
  • Ensure all accounts are managed through account development plans;
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
  • Requirements: _
  • Degree or Diploma in a business or construction related field;
  • 3 years of full time sales experience in the home construction and renovation industry with a proven track record;
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills, in English.
  • Well maintained vehicle
  • Smart phone
  • Ability to create winning bid proposals, plan and conduct contract negotiations and present in a compelling manner;
  • Pay great attention to details;
  • Work with mínimal supervision;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Highly disciplined with excellent time management & organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of construction and building materials;
  • Ability to explain the construction process and set client expectations;
  • Ability to understand and explain the science behind the building insulation envelope and HVAC appliances;
  • Ability to interpret and explain building plans;
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or Apple Pages;
  • Able to learn new technologies quickly.
