Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC filter inventory at multiple storage locations, pick up and deliver filters to work sites as directed;
  • Parts and equipment pickup from local suppliers as directed by our services team;
  • Parts and equiptment pick up and delivery for technicians in the field as required;
  • HVAC and Plumbing equipment removal (with help from technicians) pickup (with your vehicle) and delivery;
  • Represent the company by exceeding safety practices and workmanship standards;
  • Seek guidance from technicians when required and provide feedback to team members to improve internal processes;
  • Expect requests outside of the above primary responsibilities on a frequent basis.

What we want you to have:

  • Valid Class 7/5 Drivers License with clean driving record.
  • Ability to comfortably drive a cargo van/pickup truck in downtown Vancouver as well as the greater Vancouver area in a safe manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in person and over the phone.
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, may be asked to assist technicians with physical tasks.
