We are a renowned Canadian industrial distributor of bearings, industrial supplies, power transmission and related products serving both domestic and international clients.

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative whose top priority is client satisfaction.

In this position, you will identify business opportunities, sell our products and services, develop relationships with clients, and be a contributing member of our Mississauga team.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify specific or alternate products based on cost, availability, or client specifications.
  • Timely assist in the order fulfillment process customer inquiries, quotations, order acknowledgement, sourcing of goods, processing, shipments, settlements.
  • Expedite backorders and handle customer/vendor RMA (returns) as required.
  • Effectively utilize existing inventory and supplier inventory in order fulfillment.
  • Physically fulfill order line items from inventory as required.
  • Followup to ensure client satisfaction; successfully resolve issues as required.
  • Routinely work with account managers, customers, and suppliers.
  • Negotiates sale prices and purchase prices to ensure Gross Profit margins are met.
  • Negotiate noncontract customer pricing in competitive situations to ensure successful order obtainment.
  • Technical knowledge in assisting customers to identify parts and/or components.
  • Other duties as required.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

Minimum of one (1) year inside sales experience in industrial distribution, industrial supplies, power transmission, hydraulics or related industries is required
:

  • High School Diploma required; postsecondary is considered an asset.
  • Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of work integrity and ethics in all dealings with internal and external customers.
