Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Good years of IT experience with Informatica Power Center.
  • 9.x or higher in-depth knowledge of Informatica 9.x Power Center as a Developer to develop solutions to meet or exceed requirements on migration projects on cross platform.
  • Experience writing efficient, robust code, follow coding standards, design/implement common ETL strategies and create reusable/maintainable jobs.
  • Experience with large database implementations using Oracle/Oracle Exadata
  • Experience with Database and ETL migration activity Solid background in database systems (such as Oracle Exadata) along with strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL
  • Experience in the design, development and performance tuning of ETL workflows.
  • Experience working with job scheduler tools (AutoSys preferred) and change management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Good knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write stored procedures, triggers, functions etc.
  • Solid Knowledge of Unix commands and Shell Scripting and Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Create functional & technical documentation - e.g. data integration architecture flows, source to target mappings, ETL specification documents, run books, test plans.

  • Client Data Domain experience in Retail Banking business
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction on all consulting engagements.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to document and present complex designs to a wider audience.
  • Apply best practices, strategies, methodologies and approaches to large scale migration projects.
