CCW Inc. is a North American industry leader for custom architectural millwork, casework, and interior finishes. We are always looking for passionate individuals to join our company. We provide quality millwork and fabrication for the retail, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and multi-unit residential sectors.

As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a Production Team Member to join our dynamic team.

The Position:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily general shop cleanup duties and help maintain clean working spaces
  • Load and unload material from trucks and move material to designated work areas
  • Assist with packaging our finished product
  • Assist with basic woodworking tasks as required, including cabinet making and machining
  • Assist with millwork installations on our project job sites
  • Assist with sanding in preparation for our finishing department
  • Be willing and motivated to learn
  • Advise supervisor of any safety concerns or ideas for improvement

Qualifications:

Self-motivated and organized, with good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical fitness as some lifting is required
