Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Photo Editing


  • Expertly edit real estate photos employing industryspecific techniques such as HDR blending, flambient editing, sky replacement, and lawn enhancement to create visually compelling images.
  • Utilize advanced retouching, masking, and layering techniques to refine image details and ensure photos present properties in the most attractive and accurate light.
  • Enhance image composition by correcting perspectives and removing unwanted elements to focus viewer attention on key selling points of the property.
  • Consistently achieve a high standard of quality while managing a large volume of images, maintaining speed and efficiency in delivery.
  • Maintain an orderly and efficient file server system, ensuring all digital assets are wellorganized and easily accessible for current projects and archival purposes. This includes regular updates and backups to safeguard against data loss.

Responsibilities:
Real Estate Video Editing


  • Produce engaging real estate videos that highlight property features effectively, using tasteful video effects to enhance the visual appeal and attract potential buyers.
  • Skillfully edit daytonight transitions to showcase properties at different times, highlighting unique lighting and ambiance that can enhance buyer interest.
  • Incorporate and edit drone footage to provide sweeping aerial views of properties, offering prospective buyers unique perspectives that groundbased footage cannot.
  • Ensure all video projects are organized, edited, and delivered within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage video files and archives with meticulous attention to organization, ensuring efficient workflows and easy access for future revisions or marketing needs.

General Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling overflow calls and directly communicate with realtors to address specific requests or queries related to photo edits, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, including photographers and other editors, to ensure seamless project execution and the highest quality of deliverables.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tech and software tools related to photo and video editing, file management, and communications, quickly adapting to new technologies as they arise.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and uphold the company's standards for excellence. This role is integral to the operational flow and success of the company, requiring a dedicated, mature, and responsible approach.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries, ensuring all materials are wellorganized and readily accessible for both current and future projects. This includes performing regular file maintenance and updates to secure and optimize digital resources.
  • Contribute to maintaining the high standard of creative and technical output in all photo and video projects, supporting the company's reputation in the real estate and hospitality media sectors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency with Mac computers and familiarity with cloud services like Dropbox.
  • Demonstrable skills in video editing and color grading.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of digital camera mechanics, camera repair, and troubleshooting is a significant asset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
