We are a company based in the United States that specializes in utilizing advanced technologies for mineral exploration, with a primary focus on electrification metals within the country. Our innovative TyphoonTM geophysical surveying system, in conjunction with the cutting-edge data analytics from our subsidiary, Computational Geosciences Inc., plays a vital role in expediting and reducing risks in the mineral exploration process. This enables us to uncover new deposits of essential metals that may not be detectable through traditional methods.

We strongly believe that there is a vast untapped potential for significant discoveries of crucial metals in the United States, particularly in the underexplored regions.

Our exploration endeavors concentrate on copper, alongside other metals like nickel, vanadium, cobalt, platinum group elements, gold, and silver. Through projects such as the Santa Cruz Copper Project in Arizona, we aim to bolster the independence of the United States' supply chain by identifying and supplying the necessary metals for economic electrification.

In addition, we have established a 50/50 joint venture with the Saudi Arabian Mining Company Ma'aden to explore mineral resources in around 48,500 km of the underexplored Arabian Shield in Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities

  • GIS Data Compilation and Organization: Collect, compile, and organize GIS data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets, ensuring accuracy through verification processes. Develop workflows for streamlined data management.
  • Digitization and Georeferencing: Digitize geospatial features from scanned documents and align non-georeferenced data with real-world coordinates.
  • Workspace Development: Establish organized GIS workspaces tailored to project needs for efficient data exploration.
  • Map Generation and Visualization: Generate maps to effectively communicate geological information, customize layouts, and produce high-quality outputs for presentations and reports.
  • Collaboration and Team Support: Engage with cross-functional teams, contribute insights in meetings, and ensure project compliance with company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Geology or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in GIS software, particularly Esri ArcGIS Pro.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with mineral systems and remote sensing techniques.
  • Experience in geophysical surveying and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and GIS applications, with programming skills as an asset.
  • Ability to implement best practices for exploration data handling.

Additional Expectations

  • Operate independently and safely in problem-solving situations.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and technical writing skills.
