We are looking for an On-Premise Account Manager to join our team in Toronto.

The On-Premise Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the brands in the territory - Toronto and it's surrounding areas to build and grow the business.

The On Premise Account Manager will oversee and implement the planning, programming, and account execution in their territory. The On Premise Account Manager will build and foster long term relationships with the customers in their assigned territory.

What You Will Do:
Develop and build strong relationships with assigned OP AccountsResponsible for the OP brand execution at the market level.

Brand standards to include product distribution, price features, and OP PromotionsPresent fact-based sales presentations to introduce new products and sell existing products.

Facilitate the execution of all event sponsorships; POS and event set up, product ordering, hiring of promotional reps and recapping event for future evaluationsDeliver and exceed on annual territory budget including revenue, distribution and A&P/budget managementWhat You Will Bring:

Minimum 2+ years of progressive sales experience, and minimum 2+ years in the beverage alcohol industryCompleted Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institutionWSET Level II required; WSET Level III an assetImpeccable communication skills including influencing, negotiation and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skillsOrganized with proven ability to multitask & manage time effectivelySelf-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop as a sales professionalAble to work well independently and in a teamAchievement / results orientedStrong Computer skills including MS OfficeAvailable to travel and attend evening/ weekend events as necessaryLegally able to sell alcohol beveragesValid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
