As the Program Delivery Manager you will oversee and hold accountability for the planning and delivery of multiple cross-functional programs across the organization.

Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand complex requirements, organize transformational initiatives, and drive delivery excellence across the program in alignment with the company's strategic vision.


Most of the things you'll work on:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery management for strategic business and technology initiatives
  • Define, oversee and be accountable for the completion of progress reporting and visibility against committed work and goals, ensuring reports are complete, accurate, timely and reasonably consistent across the verticals
  • Manage and influence scope and program goals across engineering teams and business functions, and drives those efforts against perceived business value
  • Facilitates, oversees, and ensures up/downstream alignment of all stakeholders impacted by work within the program while clearly setting expectations and upholding accountability to commitments
  • Act as a trusted advisor to all levels of the organization providing impartial leadership and appropriate processes in delivery, accountability, team health and dynamics over the entire program

You'll need to have:

  • 5+ Years of managing programs or projects with technical depth and/or in an Agile environment
  • Experience in delivering complex crossfunctional programs on time, and on budget
  • PMI PMP/ACP certification preferred
