  • Lead a team that excels in providing Corporate Hospitality services including Catering, Concierge, and Conference Services.
  • Nurture client relationships, ensuring transparency and top-notch communication to turn clients into loyal advocates.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences following our meticulous journey mapping process.

  • A minimum of five years' experience in multi-unit management and leading teams in the hospitality sector. Background in Hotel/Conference Management is a plus.
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and coordination abilities.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills.
  • A positive and dynamic personality.
  • Extensive experience in fiscal management.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in food services.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and exceptional multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel between sites as needed, including overnight stays of 10-15%.
