Business Development Associate

The primary role of Business Development is to work collaboratively with our in-house support team to build relationships and earn new business.
As Business Development, you will be immersed in who and what SureCall does and find exciting ways to integrate our solutions for clients.
Our focus is to design new ways for our clients to successfully utilize our innovative platform by customizing optimization processes for their operations.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Relationship building.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Developing a robust pipeline of business leads.
- Identify potential clients and the decisionmakers within the client organization.
- Client "use case" studies and supplying thought leadership around outsourced solutions.
- Designing proposals and presenting wellrounded solutions to clients.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Business Development Strategic Planning
- Attend industry functions like association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and seniorlevel leadership on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and partnerships to add value.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, amplify the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Education
Business development representative positions require a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience.

Compensation:
Starting salary is $50,000 gross annually plus a comprehensive commission package with no ceiling to earn.
