Are you a seasoned Change Management professional seeking an opportunity to drive impactful transformations?

We are currently looking for a Change Management Project Specialist to join a team supporting large-scale projects.

As a vital member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to integrate change management strategies into project plans, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing adoption.

If you have 3-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and excel at building relationships, be part of a team dedicated to driving positive change. Preference will be given to candidates with utilities sector experience. Join our client and make a difference.

Responsibilities:
  • Training
  • Identifying end users and core functionality/uses of projects
  • Evaluating extent of change from current business process
  • Delivering ongoing communications with sponsorship, project team, subject matter experts and end users through the life of projects
  • Soliciting employee feedback via surveys, meetings, emails, etc.
  • Preparing change management strategies to maximize efficiency of project teams
  • Consulting with members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance
  • Managing relationships and providing feedback to project team to monitor and assess the impact of change on employees
  • Managing invested parties and executive sponsors expectations
  • Managing change management issues and escalating to senior management where necessary
  • Creating and managing change management documentation including risk and readiness assessments
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successfully executing change management as a Change Management Specialist or Practitioner or equivalent
  • A recognized degree or certificate in Change Management
  • Experience in creating change management plans, risk assessments, communication planning, tracking and managing change management progress, tracking issues, and managing training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors
  • Must have an adaptable change management style to overcome unexpected challenges during the project
  • Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment
