Change Management Program Specialist

We are currently looking for a Change Management Project Specialist to join a team supporting large-scale projects.
As a vital member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to integrate change management strategies into project plans, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing adoption.
If you have 3-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and excel at building relationships, be part of a team dedicated to driving positive change. Preference will be given to candidates with utilities sector experience. Join our client and make a difference.

- Training
- Identifying end users and core functionality/uses of projects
- Evaluating extent of change from current business process
- Delivering ongoing communications with sponsorship, project team, subject matter experts and end users through the life of projects
- Soliciting employee feedback via surveys, meetings, emails, etc.
- Preparing change management strategies to maximize efficiency of project teams
- Consulting with members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance
- Managing relationships and providing feedback to project team to monitor and assess the impact of change on employees
- Managing invested parties and executive sponsors expectations
- Managing change management issues and escalating to senior management where necessary
- Creating and managing change management documentation including risk and readiness assessments
- Minimum 3-5 years of successfully executing change management as a Change Management Specialist or Practitioner or equivalent
- A recognized degree or certificate in Change Management
- Experience in creating change management plans, risk assessments, communication planning, tracking and managing change management progress, tracking issues, and managing training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed
- Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors
- Must have an adaptable change management style to overcome unexpected challenges during the project
- Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment
