About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated marketing all-star with a creative mind for a one-year contract with the possibility of an extension.

As a Marketing Generalist, you'll be pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing partners to ensure consistent communication of their brand identity within marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support branches by effectively communicating marketing campaigns and providing necessary marketing materials.
  • Create, edit, and maintain all marketing materials, including flyers, line cards, catalogues, and banners, while ensuring adequate stock levels and distribution as needed.
  • Lead efforts to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content, and the look and feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials.
  • Oversee and manage promotions, contests, giveaways, trade shows, and event marketing activities to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor key online metrics to track success and measure online campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Hootsuite.
  • Develop compelling content for the company website, including content pages, brand pages, banners, promotions, etc., leveraging experience with Klevu for enhanced search functionality.
  • Create and edit marketing material and ads to support various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Drive brand awareness and online presence through strategic digital marketing projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/College Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role.
  • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Uptodate on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Preference is given to those with Builder i0 experience.
