Customer Care Specialist

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Maintaining customer records
- Updating customer information in the database
- Providing feedback to management on customer service issues
Qualifications:
