BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to troubleshoot customer issues.


Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Updating customer information in the database
  • Providing feedback to management on customer service issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues
