Canadian Mailbox Company is the leading manufacturer in postal products and is adding additional product line offerings to it's network of distributors and is for a new member for our team to cover the Order Desk.
This position consists of managing all incoming orders and inquiries. Must be very detail oriented with fantastic time management skills. See below for further details.Primary Functions:
- Maintain an indepth knowledge of products, pricing and services offered
- Training to be provided
- Verify Sales order data.
- Create and edit all sales orders in adherence to company guidelines and processes
- Submit sales orders to Warehouse for processing/production
- Follow up with the Sales Team & Pricing Coordinator on customer issues
- Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents
- Contribute to growing department's capabilities which may include assisting to build more scalable processes, supporting documentation and/or metric needs, improving quality, etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist / work with pricing coordinator
- Customer service
- Inform customers of changes to order expectations
- Provide shipping estimates for customers
- Investigate and respond to interdepartmental and customer inquires
