Product Manager – Fraud Technology, Brampton, ON

What You'll Do:

Product & Platform Management: Responsible for the life-cycle management of an enterprise fraud detection product,utilizing a strong product strategy and roadmap planning based on key business needs. Help define and create user stories and detailed requirements communicating accordingly with the appropriate stakeholders. Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure we prioritize the capabilities that deliver the most value to the business and help refine working processes to increase efficiency. Product Release/Enhancement Planning: create release plans, work with all necessary groups - including engineering teams, to drive the release and ensure that all aspects of the release planning process are complete upon product availability. Own the product backlog including daily prioritization, grooming and unblocking the development team to work as efficiently as possible KPI Measurement: Define key measurements of the product's performance and success criteria. Support tracking efforts and provide market data for the analysis of each segment of the product in order to achieve all fraud prevention objectives

What You Bring:

Ideally product management background in fraud, security, retail and/or data analytics. You have experience taking a concept from ideation to launch, and willing to be hands on throughout the process Solid stakeholder management skills: can build and influence relationships and have been part of large, cross functional technical and business teams who are working to solve complex problems Strong ability to handle competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment Excellent communicator who can translate and present technology concepts in a business, end-user-friendly manner.
