Job Description:

La direction des Finances de Winnipeg est à la recherche de nouveaux membres pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance. Job Responsibilities:
  • Réaliser des tâches en s'appuyant sur la formation fournie, les documents de référence et les processus normalisés.
  • Communiquer avec les clients par courrier électronique et par téléphone.
  • Offrir un service professionnel et efficace aux clients externes, comme des agences de voyages, d'autres transporteurs aériens et des compagnies d'assurance.
  • Calculer les remboursements au moyen de manuels, de tarifs ou d'autres sources aux fins de tarification, d'enquête ou de détermination.
  • Exercer des fonctions de remboursement et de crédit en suivant des procédures clairement définies.
  • Assurer la liaison avec divers services internes, comme les Relations clientèle, les Réservations et les Services bagages.
Job Requirements:
  • Expérience des systèmes mondiaux de distribution ou des systèmes de réservations
  • Habileté à représenter le transporteur aérien avec professionnalisme
  • Expérience dans l'industrie du voyage ou du transport aérien, un atout
  • Solides compétences en communication, à l'écrit et à l'oral
  • Habileté à représenter le meilleur de la marque Air Canada
  • Codes : transporteurs et villes
  • Au moins un an d'expérience en travail de bureau
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office de Microsoft
  • Diplôme en voyage et en tourisme
  • Formation sur les tarifs
  • Comptabilité, un atout
  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle
  • Habileté à travailler de façon autonome et au sein d'une équipe
  • Bilinguisme, un atout
  • Connaissances en billetterie : tarifs, règles tarifaires, fiscalité
  • Capacité non seulement à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément, mais aussi à prévoir les processus à suivre avant de recevoir une demande à cet effet
  • Capacité d'établir la priorité des tâches et de faire preuve de jugement
