At this time, we are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Live-in Resident Manager to join us full-time in Toronto at 100 Lower Ossington Avenue.

This position entails mostly cleaning and some administrative work.

Responsibilities_:
_**- Cleaning and maintenance, preparing vacant units for tenants;

  • Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls;
  • Managing onsite daily activities;
  • Building and maintaining positive, professional tenant relationships;
  • Snow shoveling of steps/sidewalks during winter months;
  • Shared on call responsibilities;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or customer service;
  • Strong communication and time management skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with mínimal supervision;
  • Previous experience in the Property Management industry is an asset.
