AutoCapital Canada Inc. is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries. AutoCapital Canada works with Automobile Dealer Partners to help clients finance the purchase of new and used vehicles.

- Enquêter sur l'exactitude et la légitimité des informations et des documents relatifs aux demandes de prêt
- Calcul du revenu des demandeurs sur la base des documents fournis en utilisant la politique et la justification
- Recherches Internet étendues et avancées
- Vérification des détails de l'emploi verbalement avec les employeurs
- Vérification des détails des insolvabilités des consommateurs, y compris des entretiens téléphoniques avec les syndics
- Équilibrer l'attention entre les nouveaux dossiers et assurer le suivi des dossiers en suspens
- Traiter toutes les demandes des clients avec l'excellence du service en temps opportun

What your day and week could look like

Reporting to the Income and Funding Manager, a Credit Investigator plays an essential role in mitigating risk by verifying and validating consumer information specific to their affordability to repay this loan. This includes:

- Calculating applicants' income based on documents provided using policy and rationale
- Extensive and advanced internet searches
- Verifying employment details verbally with employers
- Verifying details of consumer insolvencies, including phone interviews with Trustees
- Balancing attention between new files and follow up on outstanding files
- Handling all customer requests with service excellence in a timely manner
