Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the deli department, including food preparation, cooking, and serving
- Ensure that all food handling and safety guidelines are followed
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise deli staff, providing guidance and support as necessary
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the deli area
- Interact with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a kitchen or food service setting
- Strong team management and supervisory skills
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various deli products
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or issues effectively

Pay:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
