Newsfile Corp, an established one stop compliance solution for public companies, is seeking a full time Client Relations Manager (CRM).


Job Summary:


A successful CRM thrives on managing requests and inquiries from multiple clients, is a client-focused problem-solver and enjoys building trusted client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Ability to quickly build a comprehensive understanding of the Newsfile platform; managing client accounts for our full suite of services;
  • Solid relationship building, influence and negotiation skills in a competitive market;
  • Responding to clients' needs; displaying commitment to complete requests by providing exceptional service; train new contacts on effective use of Newsfile products and systems;
  • Collaborating and maintaining internal relationships; Building reliable working partnerships with internal teams to ensure solutions and services are evolving to meet client needs;
  • Developing an understanding of applicable regulatory rules and procedures that impact issuing clients and their shareholders;
  • Making presentations both internally and externally for clients and team members;
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail; and
  • Advanced listening and verbal communication skills to understand client needs or problems and respond clearly and concisely.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven professional experience in Client Relations or similar role;
  • Understanding of the Investor Relations and C-Suite roles as related to newswire dissemination and regulatory requirements;
  • Advanced listening, verbal communication, strong networking and relationship building expertise;
  • Comfortable with presentations, creating proposals, negotiations and overseeing a variety of client service issues to resolution;
  • Local market awareness as a means of identifying potential new business opportunities and talking points;
  • Sales process knowledge; proven experience upselling clients and developing full service usage within major accounts;
  • Time management competence; ability to organize and deliver activities and action plans on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis for a large territory of customers ;
  • Strong problem resolution skills; ability to troubleshoot, escalate issues, overcome obstacles and develop solutions for clients;
  • Proficient computer skills including excel, word, power point and necessary CRM/database tools;
  • An entrepreneurial team player, able to work independently with a focus on the big picture;
  • Flexibility to adapt your work schedule to meet client needs and deadlines; and
  • Travel may be required for training and/or industry conferences and sales meetings.
