Role Overview:

Our Toronto office is currently recruiting for a Client Relations Specialist, reporting to the Client Relationship Partner.

This role assists in the implementation and organization of the firm's client feedback program and other strategies aimed at client retention and overall business revenue growth.


  • Working closely with the Client Relationship Partner to identify opportunities to grow client relationships and crossmarketing services
  • Supporting the strategic objectives of the firm's client feedback program and client management initiatives
  • Attending client interviews with the Client Relationship Partner and managing action tasks and follow up
  • Using technologies such as 3E, InterAction, and CapitalIQ to create client intelligence reports and supporting documents
  • Collecting, synthesizing and presenting data collected from client feedback
  • Developing and managing quantitative client feedback surveying
  • Developing an understanding of key industries and practices of the firm
  • Collaborating with the Business Development, Marketing, Accounting, and IT teams on firmwide strategic projects and initiatives related to client management and service delivery
  • Three (3) + years of progressive client relations, business development, or marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, management firm or consulting firm
  • Preferably have experience supporting or managing a client relationship program
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably with additional relevant education or equivalent work experience
  • Proactive selfstarter and strategic thinker who can take ownership of their responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills. Has the ability to prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to push projects forward and be proactive
  • Strong note taking skills and the ability to stay focused for in person client interviewing
  • Ability to collect, synthesize and summarize qualitative data
