Summit Search Group, a leading national recruitment agency, has partnered with a leading Group Benefits Advisory Firm on this exciting opportunity, seeking a highly resourceful Benefits Analyst.

The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and administering employee benefits programs.

Job SummaryThe Benefits Analyst will oversee the creation and implementation of reporting documentation for Group Benefits, Group Retirement, and Workplace Wellness.

They will offer assistance to the President and Account Managers, including direct interaction with clients.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesGroup Benefits:
Negotiates renewal pricing with carriers and prepares renewal reporting and supporting documentation for clients.
Handles the preparation of RFPs for clients and prospective clients, along with delivering monthly ASO reporting.

Participates in client installations, including amendments to existing policies and transitions between carriers, in collaboration with Account Managers and carriers.

Supports Account Managers in managing client relationships, providing analysis for reporting requests and overseeing ad hoc client reporting.
Ensures completion of proposals for prospective clients and maintains client materials on One Drive.
Captures all reporting on Salesforce and ensures timely follow-up steps are taken.

Group Retirement Services:
Prepares annual pension committee reports and attends stewardship meetings with the President.
Records meeting minutes for all pension committee meetings and maintains plan records on One Drive per CAP Guidelines.
Manages client installations, including amendments, new plan installations, and carrier transitions, in partnership with Account Managers and carriers.
