What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues and ensuring their overall satisfaction
  • Handle customer interactions, striving to exceed customers' expectations and building longterm relationships
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring high level of accuracy and uptodate information
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline processes, improve customer relations and contribute to the overall growth and goals of the company
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and make appropriate suggestions for improvements to superiors
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management software in recording, organizing and managing customer interactions
  • Take part in periodic training programs to stay uptodate with the industry standards and trends
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing customer service reports
  • Stay current with all products/services, corporate and industry standards and policies
  • Participate in team meetings to share experiences and best practices, and to stay updated with the team and company initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to resolve conflict, maintain confidentiality
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure
  • Bilingual in French a plus
