We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
## Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers on trailer lot
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare invoices and associated forms for trailer registration
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Utilize phone etiquette to create a positive and friendly experience for customers
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Update and maintain parts and trailer inventory records and accurate pricing
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate in English
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
