Attridge Transportation Incorporated is pupil transportation company located throughout Ontario.

We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill a
permanent, full-time position of
Accounting Coordinator at our
Burlington, ON location.


The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions to support the Accounting Department, and will perform routine accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations functions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Weekly cheque run including bill payments made by cheque or EFT
  • Invoicing for select customers
  • Reconciliation of CAD and USD banks
  • Provide additional accounting support to the Payroll team as required
  • Process monthly petty cash and expense claims
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 3 years or more of experience in an accounting role.
  • A good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Experience in Sage Accounting software.
  • Standard office equipment including personal computer, multiline phone system, fax machine, postage machine, copier, scanner.
  • Related postsecondary certificate, diploma or degree is considered an asset.

  • Office setting with frequent interruptions and the need to deal with a diversity of tasks.
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Regular, reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Acceptable attire is business casual.
