We are currently seeking a
Purchasing Agent to join our growing team In this position, you will support the ordering and management of inventory.

This position will require time spent in the manufacturing facility; therefore you must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the construction/manufacturing field
  • Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience.
  • Computer knowledge and comfort (Windows, Office, and Internal platforms such as Syspro)
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, process orientated and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to build good rapport with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
  • Use of internal platform Syspro on a daily basis
  • Consult with suppliers.
  • Review quotes.
  • Establish and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
  • Monitor inventory.
  • All additional duties as they become assigned.
