ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a personal injury law clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal team in managing both Accident Benefits (AB) and Tort files. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, preparing for trials, and collaborating closely with lawyers to ensure effective case management. You will have the opportunity to work on complex cases, contribute to trial preparation, and assist in advocating for the rights of clients.
