Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professional service and installation of CNC Router Machines.
  • Trains customers on CNC Router Machines.
  • Resolves product and servicerelated concerns.
  • Provides customer telephone and online support.
  • Conducts onsite service calls.
  • Provides guidance and support to customers.
  • Works with engineers on product development and system upgrades.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required:

  • Degree or Diploma related to Electrical/Electronic Controls, or related field required.
  • Experience with CNC machinery.
  • Experience with CADbased design software and computer science programs.
  • Valid license and passport and the ability to travel without restriction required.
  • Willing to travel up to 60% of work time.
  • Experience in a technical role, preferably troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience delivering vital customer service.
  • Experience using a multimeter (or another voltage meter).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and handle difficult workplace situations calmly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and selfstarter.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
