The shift will be Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must have a willingness to travel and reliable transportation.

The Role

  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of individual lots, and the community by placing debris in designated areas and compliance with waste recycling programs.
  • Prepare the house for the next trade including cleaning debris, removing cardboard and sweeping.
  • Conducts work safety and adheres to safety protocols
  • Opening houses for trade access and closing all windows and locking houses at the end of each workday as required.
  • Sweep and vacuum home prior to insulation, predrywall walks, 1st paint, hardwood, carpeting, ensure hardwood is covered, etc.
  • Completing the assigned checklist for each home that you are working in to ensure items are addressed comprehensively.
  • Periodic Heat checks in homes during Winter Periods/
  • Debulking the home for closing inspections (MIR and PDI Inspection)
