In your role as a Training Coordinator, you will effectively and efficiently manage all of our public training activities and associated responsibilities which can include coordinating venue arrangements for face-to-face client training.

You will conduct pre-course and post-course administration for training courses in Canada and provide our clients with all the information, materials and products needed to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

You will also support and resolve any client-facing issues relating to our training operations i.e. billing, registration support, course inquiries, etc.

This is a home-based position however, the ideal applicant will be required to support in-person training activities in Montreal and surrounding areas.

In addition to this, the ideal applicant will be fluent in both French and English as this role will be instrumental in collaborating our Montreal-based Business Development team.

Experience in a sales support or project management roles would be an advantage.
