Your main responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out the logístical organization of all training courses (send out and manage invitations, coordinate with internal/external trainers and prepare exercise manuals or activity content required for participants).
  • Ensure proper communication and promotion of training to employees
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of tasks and documentation required under the Skills Act
  • Validate the accuracy of time charged and declared by employees for declared activities
  • Prepare a budget per training event/activity, monitor it and produce a balance sheet
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual global file for the Skills Act
  • Contribute to updating content on the UniversiT web page (calendar, training content, addition of video capsules)
  • Participate in updating content on the Mentoring web page
  • Design elearning modules (scripting, selfsupporting modules)
  • Evaluate course effectiveness based on skills integration and make modifications as required
  • Create, write, revise and update procedures and other documents related to training and skills development
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Profile required:

  • College diploma in business administration or related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in technicalcommercial content editing and event management an asset
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
  • Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite, Sharepoint and LMS
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized, structured and rigorous manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative and autonomy.
