About the Position

  • As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role within Assurance, driving large cross functional projects that span the organization, while helping to scale and support the PMO. Our team is comprised of varying levels of experience and backgrounds, from new grads to industry veterans. Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude.

About You

  • You will own responsibility for planning, requirements, risk identification, schedule management, and project stakeholders' management. You will partner with all engineering teams (e.g.
  • Infrastructure, Platform, Data Science, Machine Learning ,Infosec) to scope and integrate with existing roadmaps. You will have a broad and lasting impact on Assurance business, through initial formalization and delivery of processes establishing a Program Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and direct releases for Assurance services and features across all of Assurance engineering.
  • Organize and direct incident management programs across all of Assurance engineering.
  • Drive a multitude of technical crossteam initiatives from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Recommend and execute on costsaving opportunities across all engineering and business teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Technical Program Manager or Sr. Project Manager within an IT organization, or the IT segment of a high paced organization.
  • Experience driving crossfunctional or companywide initiatives including technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience to influence, develop productive working relationships, and drive technical teams from different business functions.
  • Strong technical acumen actively participate and contribute to technical discussions, proactively identify challenges and risks, working closely with engineering leaders on addressing challenges, and form mitigation plans.
  • Experience in process generation, propagation, and enforcement within a technical program's lifecycle Experience in vendor relations and management preferred.
