GreenLife Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Shopify eCommerce Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Execute eCommerce sales strategies for all product categories in the Canadian region, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Shopify Store Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the daytoday operation and maintenance of our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Product Management: Oversee product listings, including product launches, updates, and inventory management.

Market Research:
Monitor and analyze sales data, competitors' products, and market trends. Formulate strategies to control operational costs and ensure market share and sales growth.

  • Order Fulfillment: Manage order fulfillment processes for all ecommerce channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service support as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Optimization: Understand and contribute to the improvement of business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • At least 2 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in salesfocused roles.
  • High efficiency, strong execution skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly and enthusiastic, diligent and responsible.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proficient in English, Canadian educational background preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to independently solve problems and adapt to new technologies.
  • Passionate about the eCommerce industry and committed to continuous learning and selfimprovement.

What we offer:

  • Salary: from $18 CAD per hour + monthly commission, 40 hours per week.
  • Paid vacation, increasing to two weeks per year after one year of employment. Three weeks after three years, and four weeks after six years.
