WHAT YOU WILL DO
The
Shopper Marketing Specialist will focus on e-commerce and activations for assigned categories and retailer accounts.

As part of the Trade Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally supporting our Retail Operations, e-Commerce, Marketing, and Sales teams.

This individual reports to the Shopper Marketing Manager, Megha Ragno. Megha was recently named one of Canadian Grocer's Generation Next awards winners as a New Exciting Thinker. The award recognizes those who demonstrate leadership and commitment to their involvement in the industry.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Determine the Trade Magazine plan based on a provided budget and develop ads in collaboration with Marketing
  • Develop customized artwork for flyers and POS materials in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Legal and graphic designer. Innovate and collaborate with Retail Operations team to ensure product launches and annual programs stand out at store level.
  • Organize Trade shows, ensuring all planning and registration is coordinated and materials are organized for the events
  • Own selection and project management process for samples, giveaways and premiums
  • Ensure that our internal media libraries are up to date, updating product images and descriptions as required
  • Develop reports on our performance and competitor activity
  • Lead execution of Shopper Marketing programs (instore and eCommerce) for various small retailer accounts
  • Perform postprogram evaluation including working with category management by account, to review ROI to determine best in class program criteria
