Job Description:

Pryco Global is in search of a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Junior Coordinator for Environmental Site Assessments. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our assessment projects by effectively managing various aspects of the assessment process, contributing to seamless project execution, and enhancing our team's overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for environmental site assessments (ESAs) while adhering to regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal team members to ensure alignment and efficient execution of all aspects of the ESA projects.
  • Oversee site investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation, and data collection to evaluate potential environmental risks.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and guidelines throughout the ESA process.
  • Conduct Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Prepare detailed ESA reports outlining findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies and communicate outcomes to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement quality assurance and control measures to uphold data accuracy and reliability during site assessments.
  • Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
  • Maintain precise project documentation to support compliance and future reference.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Offer leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
  • Stay updated on environmental regulations, technologies, and best practices, integrating new methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
  • Cultivate positive client relationships through effective communication and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Ensure timely project completion and closure through report writing, invoicing, and client satisfaction assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, preferably with an M. Eng in Environmental.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience or internships in Environmental Site Assessment/ Environmental Science.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with effective prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Word and Adobe.
  • Good report-writing skills.
  • Hold a class 5 driver's license and own transportation.
