Responsibilities:

  • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Process accounts payable and maintain vendor records
  • Utilize QuickBooks
  • Conduct account analysis and generate financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations

Skills:

  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable processes
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Ability to perform account analysis and generate accurate financial reports
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Familiarity with payroll processing procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience working as a bookkeeper
  • Excellent communications skills
