We are on the lookout for a motivated Marketing Manager who can take charge, think analytically, and possesses experience in marketing products and services for enhancing growth and retention.

Thriving in this position involves grasping our business model, understanding our members, identifying the ideal marketing mix, and evolving our strategies and tactics continually.


Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Champion the Way Financials' values and offerings to internal advisors to boost business volume and attract external advisors to meet corporate objectives;
  • Promote the Way Financials' values and offerings to external advisors to engage them with the Company and achieve corporate targets;
  • Support advisors in overcoming operational challenges and strengthen their bond with the Company;
  • Establish and prioritize strategies to meet customer needs and accomplish market goals and corporate missions;
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous enhancement to reinforce Way Financials' brand value;
  • Monitor performance and set goals, assign responsibilities, define objectives, and manage marketing operations effectively;
  • Develop, implement, and regulate the annual marketing budget; manage financial resources for marketing purposes;
  • Stay updated on the economic landscape, align marketing investments, promotional activities, and financial products/services according to market trends;
  • Design, coordinate, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels;
  • Track and report online campaign performance based on key metrics like impressions, clicks, leads, sales conversations, and revenue;
  • Create effective nurture programs to enhance lead conversion rates;
  • Collaborate with the President and stakeholders to communicate ideas effectively;
  • Independently and collaboratively work with the team, leveraging persuasive skills to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Analyze data, generate reports, identify trends, and facilitate targeted marketing efforts;
  • Utilize corporate tools and processes to execute responsibilities efficiently;
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • A university degree in business administration or a related field, with a focus on sales or marketing;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing roles;
  • Proficient in Marketing strategies and all elements of the marketing mix;
  • Expertise in digital marketing for optimizing digital programs;
  • In-depth understanding of strategic business drivers and their implications on marketing strategies;
  • Ability to introduce innovative marketing approaches and evolve best practices consistently;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills to support decision-making;
  • Effective in influencing, leading group interactions, and building relationships;
  • High energy, collaborative, and innovative mindset;
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
