Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and serve customers and provide an excellent and memorable in-store experience.Drive to meet and exceed personal sales goals.Model Swimco's reputation for exceptional customer service, professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others.Passionate about selling. Motivated by a compensation system that rewards success in a team environment.Have strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions independently as well as multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of one year of retail experience preferred.Strong sales experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.An essential function of the job is the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Retail and fashion are always changing so flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, environment, challenges, job duties, and work schedules are pillars to your success.
