Pizza Maker (Grocery Store Hot Table)
Our Dufferin St store (located at Dufferin between Finch and Steeles) is now hiring a Pizza Maker to join our Hot Foods department

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas
  • Set up sliced pizzas based on merchandising standards; ensure an accurate amount of goods are prepared based on store needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service; taking orders, answering customer inquiries and upselling goods at our Hot Foods counter
  • Act as a backup Cook for the Hot Foods department; preparing chicken, salads and sandwiches
  • Support the development of standardize recipes for all menu items
  • Additional duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Pizza Maker is required. Grocery store experience is an asset
  • Physically fit with strong manual dexterity; comfortable standing, bending, walking and lifting for long periods of time
  • Open availability; must be flexible to work all shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
