Implementation Lead

Job Summary:
As an Oracle Cloud FCCS Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for managing mid to large-scale consulting projects.
You will guide clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud implementation, leveraging your expertise to provide innovative and effective solutions.
Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and projects successfully delivered.Key Responsibilities:
Lead mid to large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously.
Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions using Oracle Cloud Applications.
Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
Refine and document customer requirements, presenting them for client approval.
Apply innovative approaches to resolve product implementation and integration challenges.
Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements and necessary system enhancements.
Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the client.
Resolve service requests with Oracle.
Manage the following phases of the system lifecycle:
Business requirements gathering through workshopsAnalysis, design, configuration, and development of Oracle Financial applications solutionsConference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance TestingGo-Live preparation and cut-over supportPost-production supportDevelop and implement long-term client strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of Oracle Cloud experience.
At least 5 Oracle Cloud implementations, with a minimum of 3 as a Lead.
Consulting experience with an Oracle Partner or System Implementer.
Strong business analytical skills for gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process design, managing CRPs, performing functional configuration, and managing ERP solutions testing.
