Nous cherchons actuellement des réceptionnistes pour combler 2 postes,

1) Un poste à temps partiel sur fin de semaine

2) Un poste à temps plein principalement sur semaine jour ou soir.

Faites partie du succès de notre nouvel hôtel, qui dispose de 160 chambres au look dernier cri, de 5 espaces de réunions modernes et lumineux, d'un restaurant et d'un lobby-lounge décontracté et invitant.

Sous l'autorité de la directrice adjointe, l'équipe des préposés à la réception offre un service chaleureux et personnalisé à notre clientèle tout en respectant les hauts standards et normes Marriott. Faites briller votre personnalité et participez à faire de chaque séjour une expérience mémorable Le candidat recherché devra être dynamique, flexible, parfaitement bilingue et avoir un naturel pour le service à la clientèle.

  • Offrir un service courtois, professionnel, empressé et authentique. Être proactif et orienté vers les besoins du client.
  • Accueillir et enregistrer les invités tout en s'assurant que l'intégralité des normes de service Marriott soit respectée.
  • Répondre au téléphone, faire des réservations, effectuer des paiements et toutes tâches reliées à la fonction de réception en hôtellerie.
  • Être le centre névralgique de l'hôtel : répondre aux demandes clients, relayer aux collègues appropriés afin de répondre rapidement à chaque demande.
  • Maximiser les revenus et inventaires de l'hôtel en vendant de façon appropriée l'hôtel, ses chambres et ses services.
  • Utiliser avec compétence les systèmes en place.
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes jugées nécessaires par la direction

  • Maîtrise du français et
    de l'anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral)
  • Présentation
    professionnelle requise
  • Étude en tourisme ou en
    hôtellerie (un atout)
  • Expérience en hôtellerie
    ou dans un poste orienté service à la clientèle serait un atout
  • Être à l'aise avec
    l'informatique ; avoir une bonne capacité d'apprentissage.
  • Avoir une personnalité
    positive et être souriant
  • Être particulièrement
    responsable, fiable, débrouillard et avoir de l'initiative
  • Capacité
    à travailler efficacement sous pression, en gardant son calme, sa
    courtoisie et son sourire
  • Capacité à travailler en
    équipe et à partager l'information efficacement.
  • Être en bonne condition
    physique et pouvoir passer de longues heures debout.
  • Doit être légalement
    éligible à travailler au Canada.
