- Favoriser l'amélioration continue des processus et des systèmes d'entreprise afin d'accroître l'efficacité et la normalisation.

- Soutenir la veille stratégique et l'analyse afin d'éclairer les objectifs stratégiques et la prise de décision.
- Assurer la formation des utilisateurs finaux.

Les qualifications préférées et l'expérience souhaitée sont les suivantes
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en matière de processus d'entreprise, de mise en œuvre de systèmes et/ou d'intelligence économique (en tant que consultant ou au sein d'une équipe spécialisée dans une grande entreprise).
- Capacité à travailler couramment en anglais et en français
- Familiarité avec les processus fonctionnels (par exemple, gestion d'entrepôt à l'aide de WMS, planification de la demande et MRP, Procure to Pay, plan to produce, record to report, lead to cash, etc.)
- Expérience des systèmes ERP, idéalement de la personnalisation et/ou de la mise en œuvre.
- Expérience dans toutes les phases d'un projet : analyse, conception, déploiement, configuration, administration du système, conversion, installation, formation, support.
