Role Description:

As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Director People & Culture plays a vital role by showcasing skills and characteristics that align with Enova's Vision & Purpose. These include being an Innovative Change Leader, a Team & Relationship Builder, possessing Integrity & Authenticity, demonstrating Resilient Leadership, and being a Results-Driven Leader.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles
  • Minimum of 8 years' expertise in strategic HR management
  • Diploma in HR Management or related Bachelor's Degree
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or equivalent certification
  • Extensive knowledge of Ontario employment law, including ESA & Human Rights Code
  • Experience in unionized environments and negotiations
  • Proficiency in managing Operating Budgets aligned with corporate objectives
  • Skilled in administering benefit, pension plans, and payroll
  • Expertise in providing advice on people matters, risks, and trends
  • Proven track record in Talent Management, Labour, and Employee Relations Strategies
  • Competence in developing and implementing DEI policies and initiatives
