supervise tous les aspects techniques et artistiques des productions publicitaires photo et vidéo.
- coordonne et supervise les projets photo et vidéo du début du briefing jusqu'à la livraison finale, en veillant à ce que tous les processus se déroulent de manière fiable et efficace.
- Obtenir le briefing du client ainsi que tous les matériaux nécessaires. Anticiper les problèmes et en discuter avec l'équipe.
- Présenter le projet et la vision du client du mandat à l'équipe.
- Élaborer des budgets/estimations de projet en collaboration avec les superviseur.e.s, les exé, les responsables techniques et autres ressources clés.
- Planifier, organiser et coordonner les étapes et les horaires de production. Organiser le flux de travail pour respecter les spécifications et les délais. Servir de personne de contact pour tous les besoins de production, de l'offre initiale au produit final.
- Identifier les ressources nécessaires pour chaque projet. Déléguer des tâches spécifiques.
- Superviser et soutenir les artistes, les ré et les cré tout au long du projet. Faire preuve de leadership fort et fournir un soutien au besoin. Garder l'équipe motivée et engagée.
- Déterminer le traitement de production, l'impact, les délais et le calendrier.
- Veiller à ce que le projet reste dans le budget alloué.
- Assurer le respect du processus de production (étapes, parties prenantes, moyens de production, post-production, etc.) et suivre le travail accompli. Gérer les conflits et les obstacles et transmettre des solutions.
- Superviser les relations avec le client et les parties prenantes (par exemple, les fournisseurs, les pigistes, etc.). Assurer la satisfaction du client au fur et à mesure de l'avancement du projet. Écouter le client et maintenir une communication efficace. Les tenir informés de l'avancement et des obstacles rencontrés.
- Représenter la division publicitaire lors de différents événements.
- S'assurer que le livrable final répond à nos normes de qualité. Atteindre les objectifs du projet et livrer le produit final selon les normes de qualité.
- Superviser le lancement du projet, le débriefing du client et le bilan de l'équipe.
- Finaliser la facturation.
- Aider les exé et les gestionnaires dans les tâches administratives.
