Web Specialist

We're hiring a Web Specialist/Product Owner reporting directly to the Operations Team Lead. In this position, you'll be responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of the Uncharted Society website. This global network offers powersports experiences through BRP-certified operators. Your role includes managing the entire site backlog, focusing on operations, and optimizations. You'll be driving evaluation, integration, and strategic orientation based on business needs.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Understand the brand's vision and objectives
• Develop web strategies in alignment with global strategy
• Assess requests to prioritize work effectively
• Publish content via tools like Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager
• Plan workload to meet deadlines with quality content
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Manage the product roadmap for marketing technology tools
• Define website KPIs, monitor performance, and drive improvements
• Collaborate with the Web Product Owner for backlog transparency
• Participate in planning and ensure well-defined requirements
• Lead functionality release planning
• Key player during UAT testing
• Promote continuous improvement within the team

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in Digital marketing
• Website management experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Autonomous with leadership qualities
• Proactive communicator with excellent English skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Build relationships and trust with stakeholders
