JOB DESCRIPTION

As a key member to the Can-Am On-Road & Ski-Doo marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will play a role in elevating the brands via strong last mile marketing strategies, campaigns and brand activations that aim at fuelling demand for our powersport products. To do so, we are looking for someone with robust strategic skills, rooted in insights and analytics, who will bring the last mile of the consumer journey to the next level. We’re looking for someone who also has creative skills, making him/her able to judge creative work aligned with the brand identity. You must have experience working in or with advertising agencies to build strong partnerships through collaboration. To deliver on promises, you must be an organized and rigorous project manager. All of this, to connect with our consumers in a unique and meaningful way 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Develop last mile marketing strategies tied to the market reality and business priorities.  Develop last mile, dealer content & promotional assets based on business priorities for the year, taking into account Can-Am & Ski-Doo’s marketing strategies and go-to-market plan. Ensure integration with the overarching holistic plan for the Can-Am & Ski-Doo brands, including aligning the objectives, the strategies, the tactics and the KPIs.  Lead creative projects in collaboration with agencies and key stakeholders, including briefing, creative development, production, in-market and postmortem. Actively participate in developing brand content (videos, photos, promotional material, social posts, website content, dealer tools, etc.). Ensure all content strictly complies to Visual Brand Identity guidelines and ensure a consistent apparition of the brand throughout its global channels and funnels. Bring innovative ideas to elevate consumer experience rooted with Can-Am & Ski-Doo branding and values.  Manage and coordinate projects on budget, within resources and timeline.  Build strong connections and collaborate with key stakeholders inside the organization (expert teams: Web, CRM, Media, Retail operations, etc..) and outside the organization (ex: partner agencies).
